We have not posted anything lately since we have been busy with life. McKinley is getting so big. Her last checkup she was 25 inches long and weighed 14.2 lbs. She is a big long baby girl. She is developing more and more each day. One of her favorite things to do now is drink out of Liz's cup. She also enjoys being outside and enjoying the apartment swing that we have. Its been great seeing her progress everyday.
Also McKinley got to see her first snow here. This week was extremely cold here in Midland. It was in negatives at night and barely in the ones during the day. It was freezing. They closed everything here in Midland or had late openings all around the area. And its been like that for the past few days.

McKinley outside in her nice warm Bear Suit enjoying her first snow.
McKinley all ready for church. Yes, she does wear FUR :)
We have also found out that Liz has Celiac Disease and is allergic to Gluten. The past few months we have tried to find out what has been going on with Liz and her being constantly sick and after countless tests and diagnoses and Dr's not seeming to care or not listen to us. We went on WEBMD and did our own research and ever since she has started the Gluten Free diet, she is almost 100 percent better. She is doing great and she hopes to continue to get better.
McKinley is sleeping about 10 to 12 hours a night now. Its great. I give her a bath at about 7 PM and she is down for the count about 7:30. Liz and I are enjoying the free time at night. That is when we get most things done. We are also going to experience our first baby sitting experience that is not a family member. We are getting a girl from our ward to come over and watch her for a few hours so we can go out for my birthday on saturday. We are excited, but we will keep our cell phones close just in case we need to run home and releave the babysitter.
We are so thankful to be parents and are excited for what the future holds for us as parents and for little McKinley.
