Since, i have the weekend off, FINALLY, Liz and I got up this morning and we decided to get out of the little apartment and get out and about in Logan. We went to the local Zoo, it was a good morning of walking around and seeing all the animals. This zoo does not compare at all with the Houston Zoo, but its a little small town one. Enjoy the pics.

My favorite raptor/bird of prey. Bald eagles are so majestic. And the new bull Elk that is now at the Zoo. The old Elk died last summer, it was at the Zoo for 20 years. It was huge. When Liz was here last fall the Elk charged the fence at her and bugled right in her face. It was awesome.

I had no idea that little Cache Valley had a zoo!!! Sounds like fun!!! We want to come up there sometime (hopefully pretty soon) so we will have to stop by and say hi.
