A few weeks ago Liz found out about a program here in Logan that is sort of pre-curser to pre-school / kindergarten and that McKinley could attend. We jumped at the chance. It helps kids get in the mode of being around other kids, and learning essential life skills and also having fun learning about the world around them. They gave McKinley a backpack full of school supplies and that made McKinley even more excited to go. So on Wednesday she went to her first day. She was a little crabby at first, but then got acclimated and started to join in. She had a fun time. She is also going to go on Fridays for a Learning Spanish class. Its not so much for her to learn as it is for her to get out of the house and around other kids. But we do hope she gets something out of it. She is the best little girl.
