Pizza, Cat Tails and Spokane

Friday is Pizza night at our house. And since we have finally gotten an oven that cooks at the right temperatures, Liz has been cooking up some great food. McKinley loves to help mom in the kitchen. She usually starts out in her play toy, but then she ends up closer and getting into things. She is such a big helper. And the Pizza turned out wonderful.

Telling Mom that its time for her to get out and help cook some Pizza.

Oiling up her utensils :)

Such a big helper.

This morning while I was feeding and playing with McKinley. We started watching a show on animal planet. She loves animals and she was getting really excited so i decided that we should go up to Spokane and visit the little working / training zoo of big cats called Cat Tails. They have tigers, lions, bobcats, bears, mountain lions, and other assorted cats. McKinley loved it. It was a hot day today, so the cats were pretty much laying in the shade and not moving much, but we got to see them up close, just to bad there were fences in the way.

The is the entrance to Cat Tails.

I graduated from Cache High School and we were the Panthers.

Monkey see, monkey do.

Little Smokey The Bear

This was a beautiful white tiger.

McKinley loves bears. She could not take her eyes of this one.

This was a beautiful Tiger.

He kept staring at Liz and McKinley. His ears went down and seemed not to happy to be looked in the eyes.

This Tiger was sleeping. Didn't even care that we were about 3 feet away.

Frogger

Keeping an eye out.

After we had lunch at Skippers, which i haven't ate at since maybe the late 80's or early 90's. They used to have one in Logan, but it closed years ago. It was actually pretty good and McKinley enjoyed all the attention she got from the servers and some of the customers. We then drove by and saw the Worlds Biggest Radio Flyer Wagon. It is huge.  It was a good day of getting out and enjoying the are where we live.
